Tucker Carlson: Prime time is for suckers, anyway

MSNBC bumps Tucker Carlson to 11pm to make way for Rita Cosby:

The bow-tied host told The Hollywood Reporter that he's happy in the new time slot, claiming that it's what he's wanted all along:

"'It's literally groundbreaking. It's obviously a show that belongs at 11, we designed it for 11, everything says 11 o clock." Got that? 11pm is so much better than prime time.

Literally groundbreaking? What does that mean? It seems to me that the literal definition of "literally groundbreaking" is: "We're going straight to hell."

The Reporter continued: "The move clears the way for Cosby, who arrived at MSNBC from Fox News in May. 'Rita Cosby: Live and Direct' will be MSNBC's latest entry in the 9 p.m. period that didn't work for Deborah Norville."
