Jon Klein continues to run the news out of (CNN) town on a rail

CNN national security correspondent David Ensor is leaving the network; here's his memo to colleagues which, as TVNewser points out, pointedly omits thanking or otherwise mentioning network prez Jon Klein. And Ensor says a lot by what he doesn't say here, as well:
I am proud of what we have done together: breaking stories sometimes, explaining, story telling--caring more than anything else about getting it right. As long as CNN always remembers its middle name, it will not go far wrong. In the end, strong news gathering and strong news judgement is what it is all about.
Let's read between the lines here..."As long as CNN always remembers its middle name, it will not go far wrong....but with Mr. Jon "Public Displays of Emotion Masquerading as News" Klein in charge, I'm not holding out much hope. Hasta, guys."
