I generally don't go in for preview hysteria, but I couldn't resist putting up just a couple more adorable Beautiful Katamari screenshots I stole from Kotaku. It looks really lifelike! Oh, wait, that's a real Katamari.
Looks really bright and smooth, but even more exciting to me is the fact that, at a glance, the diversity of weird and wacky items seems to be back-- the rather dull item landscapes were, I think, the biggest disappointment in We <3 Katamari.
