OK, so maybe those are not literally "death panels" in the health care bill, as Sarah Palin asserted, but at the Department of Veterans Affairs, they've been running something darn pretty close to death panels. And it does appear that a "culture of death" has existed at the DVA, and elsewhere in the federal government.
That was the allegation made last week by Jim Towey in the Wall Street Journal, and it stuck. Tonight, Sean Hannity, Ainsley Earhardt, and Karl Rove demonstrated tonight on "Hannity."
