Henry Blodget offers a look at the new and revised Bloomberg News. He takes particular note of Bloomie's use of a bulletin board and pictures of the various players in the Galleon insider-trading scandal, all thumbtacked and scotch-taped up on the glass walls of the set/cubicle at Bloomberg HQ:
A bit hokey? Sure. But interesting. And check out the handheld action. The Wire-like real-time reporting. It manages to convey excitement and action without devolving to ESPN-like explosions, swooping cameras, and hyperactive graphics.
