TVNewser brings my attention to a spontaneous web effort, on Twitter, to make fun of CNN for its overly prim defense of Barack Obama. As everyone knows by now, "Saturday Night Live" made fun of Obama for not accomplishing anything. Whereupon CNN, for the first time ever in either the history of CNN, or "SNL," decided that it had to do a "reality check" on "SNL." Earth to CNN: "SNL" is a comedy show.
One is tempted to say, "Get a life," except that for liberal media types, defending liberal icons is their life.
