"The networks said, 'That's it, you've crossed the line.'"

When Barack Obama's White House outrages the MSM, you know its conduct must be, well, outrageous. The issue, of course, is Fox, and the WH's various hamhanded attempts to stifle Fox's First Amendment rights--the latest being to try to exclude Fox from its own news pool.
To which Chip Reid, White House correspondent for CBS News, recalled on Katie Couric's newscast last night, "The networks said, 'That's it, you've crossed the line.'"
Reid's comments were part of a package on the WH vs. FNC tiff from Jeff Greenfield. Watch it here on YouTube.
As Greenfield concluded in his package, "So if FOX is feeling any pain from the White House's stance, it's crying all the way to the bank." Greenfield is no conservative, but he is a great observer, across his decades with ABC, CNN, and now, CBS.
