Kathleen Parker outs herself once again--soon she won't even be able to call herself a "conservative in name only"--she'll just be another MSM liberal.

Kathleen Parker is so happy to be getting CNN's money that she is losing sight of her assigned role, as useful idiot for the left, as her column in the Washington Post today reveals.  She comes out in favor of the Ground Zero mosque, putting her in the same company as Barack Obama.   So what are she and Eliot Spitzer going to argue about?   If Parker becomes a liberal, then the only issues for them to debate will be, "Who is worse, George W. Bush or Dick Cheney?"

Note to Kathleen: Your role, which you have played so well in print over the last few years, is to say, "I'm a conservative--did I mention that I am a conservative? well I am!--but I have a few problems with what conservatives and Republicans are doing.  Actually, more than a few problems.  Indeed, I basically think that conservatives are stupid, you know, like Sarah Palin.  But I say that as a conservative!" 

That was your role, Kathleen, and the MSM loved you for it, because you made their arguments for them, while pretending to be a foe. Whereupon the MSM could say, "Even conservative Kathleen Parker says that conservatives are dummies, or meanies..."

But now you've eliminated the chance that even one conservative in America will think that you're the real thing, and not just a fraud. 

And that's bad for CNN ratings.   I give you six months on your new show.
