On September 28, 2010, just five weeks before one of the great blowouts in American polical history,
Jann Wenner interviewed Barack Obama, and the
headline of the puff cover read, "Obama Fights Back." Sure he did: Obama fought back, alright, all the way to an historic defeat. And the headline inside was even more ridiculous: "Obama in Command."
Once again, this was Wenner's interview; no doubt he picked the cover photo, and wrote all the cover copy, and the copy inside. In case anyone was wondering where Wenner was coming from. Now, Wenner is running a piece on Fox News. One guess on what it will say.
