"Piers Morgan Goes Live, Ratings Stay Dead"--that's the headline atop Bill Gorman's post yesterday over at TV by the Numbers.

As Gorman observes, Morgan is actually doing worse than his predecessor in that time slot, Larry King.   And that's pretty deadly--Morgan should thank God for his multi-year contract.  If, that is, he can survive the bad press and the humiliation.
