Why the double standard between Bill Maher and Bill O'Reilly?

Bill O'Reilly made a good point last night: Why does Bill Maher get away with saying the Koran is "hate-filled,: while if he, Bill O'Reilly said it, the roof would cave in on him?  Good point, Bill O.   And Bill M. ought to admit that he benefits from that double standard.  Even as, of course, Bill M. is right.
