Dept. of "You Can't Make This Stuff Up": Avast, ye scurvy CNBC dogs! Prepare to walk the plank of public credibility!

Ok, so I am a big "Entourage" fan. I think that the HBO series is genius and I love every single character and I will dig on the "Let's hug it out" line until way after it's not cool anymore. I guess you could say there is no bigger "Entourage" fan than me--yet, unlike certain cable news personalities, I am aware that "Entourage" is NOT REAL. It is a DRAMATIC SERIES. That is to say, it is MADE UP. Yoo hoo, writers sit around and put their creative thoughts into a SCRIPT that PAID ACTORS then act out in front of the cameras. Why am I belaboring this? Because CNBC's Joe Kernen thinks that Vince's (PLAYED by ACTOR Adrian Grenier) latest movie, "Aquaman," is real, comparing its (FICTIONAL) revenues to those of the real movie "Pirates of the Caribbean" starring the real movie star Johhny Depp. I am not kidding even a little bit about this and hoo boy, neither was Kernen. Monday on CNBC he delivered a live news report in which he said the following, and dead seriously:
Kernen: "Pirates" plunders the box office making a record 132 million in its first three days...the previous three-day record was "Aquaman" at 120+, which just beat out the 115 million set by "Spiderman"..."
Can't wait for Kernen's exclusive with the Tooth Fairy presenting tax tips for toddlers...
