Checking out the Japanese-language trailer for Odin Sphere, I happened to notice something-- the red-clad character of Velvet will be voiced by the same actress-- Miyuki Sawashiro-- who does Shinku in Rozen Maiden.
And for an extra dose of geekiness that only anime fans will appreciate, the character of Gwendolyn will feature the voice stylings of Ayako Kawasumi, who does Saber in Fate/Stay Night.
Now, I know that all the major roles in anime and games are pretty much played by only a handful of seiyuu, so this isn't that unusual. And because I've done enough damage to my super-sexy-cool reputation for the evening, I will avoid listing all the other roles I know these actresses have done. Let's just pretend I don't know, okay?
