"Roberto" Gibbs to Fox: No Mas!

The ultracool TV blog Chickaboomer gets to the essence of the the failed attempt by the White House to intimidate Fox, which is still being spun by some as "feud" between the White House and Fox. But of course, it's not a feud if one side, the White House, started it. And it's not a feud if one side, the White House, has called it quits.
Now that Robert Gibbs has told FNC exec Michael Clemente that the WH wants to be friends, Chickaboomer compares the fight to the famous 1980 boxing bout in which Roberto Duran famously threw up his hands in surrender, saying, "no mas." (no more!)
As CB puts it:
The WH Fox box ended this week when erased face Gibbs summoned Fox suit Michael Clemente and in essence, pleaded "no mas" after a month of dirty fighting. The liver punch was delivered by Fox's rival TV networks after Gibbs and henchmen fell through the ropes over excluding Fox News from a pool interview.
Poor "Roberto" Gibbs. He didn't start this fight, Anita Dunn did. But it's Gibbs who is stuck with the job of raising the white flag, or, if one prefers, throwing in the towel.
