The Liberal Establishment has a way of making its peeps feel welcome--and strongly inclined to stay on the straight-and-narrow path of liberalism. Or in some cases, the gay-and-narrow path of liberalism. A case in point: Rachel Maddow receiving an award from a liberal group, named for Walter Cronkite, the ultra-liberal anchorman for CBS in its pre-cable heyday. You can have a lot of fun with trust-fund nitwits and tax-exempt money! And do a lot of damage.
