Jim Hubbell shows out what would happen if "The Simpsons" REALLY had courage--or foolhardiness!

We all know that "The Simpsons" took a couple of cheap shots at Fox News recently.   No doubt the show's producers were getting high-fives from Hollywood liberals, because let's face it: in NYC and LA, taking a whack at FNC is the easiest way to get some quick kudos.  So no true "courage" points there.

By contrast, what really would have been brave would have been if "The Simpsons" had chosen to take on MSNBC or CNN--or, gulp, Barack Obama.  If "The Simpsons" had done that, well, Jim Hubbell shows what would have happened to Bart Simpson and all the rest of them.   They would have been kicked out of the Good Ship Hollywood, made to walk the plank, and then into the sea, to be eaten by the media sharks.

But don't worry: This fate will never befall Bart, because it would never occur to "The Simpsons" to actually do anything that took real guts.
