This week's Aberrant Gamer is up, and in it I identify the standard character archetypes you can most expect to see in H-games, and why. I mean, at a glance it's pretty obvious why you wanna have a hot stepmother or a timid maid in there, but I always feel like those fetish types are related to unresolved issues dealing with women or relationships in general. This little theory of mine is supported by the fact that H-game stories are always so damn complicated and intense, and I really feel people who like them find that effective because it contacts unfinished business of the psyche.
