Only in Washington does "only" getting paid $500,000 a year merit a federal case. Obviously the Obama administration is desperate to find some mud to throw at Fox.

Steve Krakauer, writing for Mediaite, takes apart the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission's ridiculous case against Fox News.   The Krak even provides this screen grab, showing that Catherine Herridge is right there, appearing on Fox.  In fact, it doesn't even seem that Herridge is still pushing a case from 2007.  It's now the Obama administration doing the pushing. 

Meanwhile, Herridge makes $500,000 a year.  Too bad we can't all be victimized in the same way.
